Who can see our employees’ data?
Your training and HR managers, in your space. The Takwinx team accesses it only for support, at your request.
Can we get our data back if we leave?
Yes. We hand over your courses, your users and your training history, then we delete your space.
Where is the data hosted?
Today with a hosting provider in Germany, in the European Union, backups included. We are preparing to move all of it to Algeria: the data, the e-mail service and the backups.
Can our employees sign in with their company account?
Each employee signs in with their e-mail address, whatever it is, work or personal. Signing in with a company Microsoft or Google account is not offered today.
